Another Black-wit
The best waders tonight at Collingham was a Black-wit on Mons Pool; elsewhere, there were single Green Sand, Ringed Plover and Dunlin, and the 2 Red-crested Pochards were still in residence. A bit more hedge-bashing along Northcroft lane produced only a few Chiffies (c.4), whilst 7 Swallows flew through Ferry Lane Lake in an increasingly brisk north-easterly.
