A slow start to September

Another day, another visit to the patch. To be honest, it's hardly worth blogging about, with the same species as usual seen today, but in lower numbers. My hopes of a Garganey are fading with the every declining numbers of Teal, but I'm still hopeful for something good on the wader front; with a Pec Sand at Idle Valley NR and the Stilt Sand in Cheshire, I don't think it's not too much to hope for something similar..?!
